”Loved the room #914 which were roomy with a nice balcony overlooking a beautiful view and roomy. The heated pool and jacuzzi were used every single day. The bar is a nice place to grab a cocktail. Truly a nice place to stay. If ever in that area, will stay at Yankee Inn.”

”Loved all of it! We had the garden room and it had everything you needed. Was clean and comfy, breakfast supplied in your room along with coffee, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator and private deck - we will definitely be back.”

”This is a very nice, quasi-boutique hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished but small. It is not fancy but it is comfortable, clean, and perfectly fine…just not fancy. But I’m not a fancy person so I like this place and will stay again without hesitation. The only reason for a 4-star rating is that, well, it is not a 5-star hotel…but nor is the price. I like it and I will be back.”

”I stayed at the Monument Mountain Motel twice in the past month...this is a cute little Ma-Pa motel that has everything you need for a nice stay. The check-in was easy and the host was very accommodating, in one case I had to arrive very late and we worked out an arrangement. The exterior and the rooms were very clean, well-kept and updated, with awesome water pressure in the shower. The location is great, the price was great, only $70 off season and the motel is right on Rt. 7 in Great...

”The Pleasant Valley Motel is your typical inexpensive MaPa Motel, but this place needs a major facelift inside and out, from the peeling wallpaper to the rusted out old rattling bathroom ceiling fan, many things need an upgrade...including the amenities, if you can call them that, the soap was thin and the size of a quarter, which desaturated after one shower and the small shampoo bottle was half-full from the start. ”Heating/cooling system in our room was not very good. There was no thermostat to regulate room temperature. The room was small but quite nice and very clean. Breakfast was very good.”

”The entry to the bed and breakfast was through the owner's residence. The state of the entry probably should have given a clue about the cleanliness of the rooms. The floors in the hallway looked as though they hadn't seen a vacuum in a year. Layers of dust on the furniture in the room, and floors that were not cleaned prior to my arrival. The shared bathroom hadn't been cleaned and the shower curtain was covered in pink mold. An old used facecloth hung inside the shower. I made this reservation...
