”Great hotel for an overnight trip. Easy check in with polite and efficient staff. Rooms were very spacious and bathroom spotless and modern. Would recommend. Worth noting it’s not in the centre so it’s a short uber ride in. Also it is right next to the football stadium but no games when we stayed so not an issue. Perfect stay if you were going to a match.”

The personnel is not welcoming or polite: the reception seemed to be more busy with their own tasks than customers. ”AVOID! On arrival we got our keys from the keylock which was a simple process. When entering the apartment it completely stunk of cigs and w - as if people had been in there for days smoking. Even aside from the foul smell the place is very run down, lots of marks and stains on the walls etc. The glass hob surface had a large chip/crack on it which you could easily cut yourself of. A number is given to contact and says it's staffed until 8pm. We arrived about 8:30 but messaged basically...

”Wonderful room in a good location to the Botanical Gardens. Cosy, all amenities including toiletries and lovely fresh pastries with beverages in the morning. Highly recommend. You might get noisy students outside the building in the night though!”
