It is a fantastic place to go relax and enjoy after a long day of travel rooms are spectacular quiet the beds are clean and very comfortable would never look for any other place while in the Toronto area

Big problem with pillows that smelled very bad - was not a surprise to staff - not what I expected

Internet speed need improvement for such a big hotel ! Also, there should be no parties at the woodbine racetrack side facing rooms on the race track ! Loud music and base was way too loud for the hotel rooms where we stayed !! Parties and extreme loud music should be organized way down further away from the hotel rooms so it wont be that annoying ! Also hotel underground parking should have better signage to lead you there ! Also, i would advise dedicating a parking for the hotel that is separate than the theatre ! The day there is a show, its impossible to find parking close to the hotel door !
