”They put a lot of time and money into the renovation of the lobby. There was, however, a lot of trash in the parking lot and no renovation in the rooms. There was no phone in the room to call the lobby. I had to go back down to get a code for the wifi. Everything is a scan-a-code for self-check-in. Scan a code for the wifi. The only food available was a little corner of microwave stuff and chips... self-scan. I prefer a little more human assistance after driving all day.”

”I ended up leaving this hotel just a few hours into my stay because the experience was so disappointing. I arrived late at night to a completely dark lobby with very few lights on, which immediately felt unwelcoming and unsafe. The front desk associate seemed uninterested, lacked professionalism, and treated my concerns as more of an inconvenience than a priority.
When I entered my room, there was a large hole in the ceiling directly above the bed with exposed electrical wiring hanging down. I...
