”Property was as described. Good communication with owner for check in and access to the property.Overall property was clean and well appointed. Location was excellent, within walking distance to Beale Street, many restaurants, Sun Records.Would recommend a maintenance visit to change burnt out light bulbs, add 4th chair to dinning table, etc.”
