”I called before I arrived at my destination to see if we could get a room on the bottom floor. When I arrived, they said they weren't able to accommodate my request. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor. As it turns out, the elevator was out of order. In addition to the elevator. The AC unit in our room was dead. Not working a piece of junk. The room itself had some work that needed to be done on it and wasn't very. It was very hot and uncomfortable the entire afternoon, well into the evening....

”Check in started off poorly when the nice lady at the desk told me that the Expedia Confirmed Reservation had been changed from a single King Bed to double queen room due to overbooking?? ”I rate this hotel 3.9/5.
I only stayed for one night and used a limited number of the amenities provided by the hotel.
When I first got out onto the parking lot, I noticed an unpleasant smell, though inside was free of this smell. Customer service was good. The receptionist was polite and explained what was needed. We were even given the option of what floor we wanted to stay on.
The elevator was slow and stalled for a few seconds longer than comfortable before the door opens. I didn’t notice...
