Welcome to our charming and cozy Cliffhanger Cottage in Shell Knob. Perched on steep cliffs with breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake, the Cliffhanger Cottage is a unique and comfortable bungalow-style cottage that provides a stress-free, relaxing vacation for our guests. Built in 1932, this cozy cottage is the perfect couples’ hideaway to enjoy the tranquility and scenery of Table Rock Lake. Just minutes away from Shell Knob and other nearby attractions like Silver Dollar City and all that Branson and Kimberling City have to offer--you can stay in or go out. The main level features one studio bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a well-equipped full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, and modern amenities like WiFi and A/C.

The fully stocked kitchen features all major appliances, cookware, and utensils necessary to prepare a gourmet meal that you can enjoy on the 500-square-foot deck with amazing views of Table Rock Lake. The family room and bedroom are both equipped with Smart TVs for your entertainment and streaming services. The outdoor space features a wooded area with towering cedar and pine trees and a covered hot tub to soak away your worries while enjoying the gorgeous sunsets over the lake or the night sky, perfect for stargazing with that special someone.

Our Cottage is a favorite destination for couples to enjoy Table Rock Lake, one of America's 'best-kept secrets'. Every single detail was beautiful. The color scheme, decor, textures had an elegant and luxurious feel with fun sprinkled in. The binder of tips took the guesswork out of where to eat and what to do. The guestbook was a special addition - I loved reading the entries. Every morning, the shades around the bed came up and we watched the sunrise from under the cozy and soft covers. The location was incredible. On the last day, we drove to the dock across the way just to take a picture of the placement of the home among the cliffs. The soap smelled amazing and in doing some research (to buy it for home) found that its also an incredible company that provides soap and hygiene classes to those in need all around the world. We love to see it. The wide array of games and hang out options in the property itself made us feel like we could've stayed in all day. The hottub was the perfect combination of cozy and private, but we were able to see the sky and stars. The neighbor's dog popped over for a quick visit one morning. He was so sweet and polite - definitely a delightful surprise for two avid dog lovers. We cannot wait to come back.

Cliffhanger Cottage is beyond cool! It was extremely clean, the view was amazing, the hot tub awesome. We simply could not be happier with our stay. The cottage is very small and cozy. There were so many little welcoming, oftentimes funny, touches. The Cottage is one minute from a grocery store and 2 or 3 minutes from a number of great restaurants. We suggest Casa Maya. Our getaway was made extra special by this little cottage and Shon and Trish. Do not hesitate! Grab that loved one and get to this little slice of heaven.

This cottage is adorable! Perfect for a romantic getaway for two. We had everything we needed. The cottage was clean; linens freshly washed. The mattress was very comfortable. The view from the deck is superb. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening out there. We will definitely return.

What a Wonderful Time!!!

After a year of several many doctor's appointments and hospital stays (Alexis - 7!), we were due for a get-away and God blessed us with the perfect place! We made reservations months in advance to celebrate our first wedding Anniversary, and we were not disappointed in the least - right down to the very last detail, we felt pampered by our host's attention to anything a guest might want or need. (This anniversary was truly special, as we were both widows, celebrating love again in this season of our lives.) The Cottage was clean, clean, clean! Oh my gosh!!! The bed was amazingly comfortable!!! The views were magnificent!! The hot tub was delicious :)) We've decided that this Cottage will be the place that we'll celebrate our Anniversary for all the years to come!!! Thank you to our hosts, Trish and Shon, for contributing to a truly memorable time!!!

What an amazing place. Great, cozy ambiance! Place was nicely stocked with goodies which was an added and unexpected bonus. We love the view! Overall, it was a wonderful stay. We checked out about 15 minutes before the deadline because we didn't want to leave!

Romantic birthday getaway

This place was absolutely breathtaking! We loved the views from the deck and hot tub area! The little cave (screened in porch area) was absolutely peaceful and serene! Visited Eureka Springs, AR and shopped their historical downtown area by trolley. Also went to Eureka Springs drive-thru safari! The deck was our spot for dinners after cooking on the grill! We visited The Steak Inn for dinner one evening and their food was amazing! We look forward to coming back again and again!!!
