”We were very impressed with the place. It was very clean, neatly decorated, stocked with goodies, and the views of the Lake were awesome! Sitting out on the deck or in the hot tub, it was relaxing to watch all the boats and skiers. We even seen a bald eagle fly by us and over the lake! Pretty neat on the 4th of July weekend upon us too! We are already talking about visiting again. Nice place to relax and get away from the business in our lives! ”This is the perfect little hideaway! My husband & I came down for my birthday weekend to get some time away from everyday life. The location is remote enough to enjoy some serious quiet time, but also not too far from all the fun Eureka Springs has to offer. It ended up being pretty hot out so we didn't get to enjoy much hot tub time, but having the option was great. The railcar theme was well executed & our host was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!”

”My only issues were the neighbors light was on all night, every night and the curtains didn't help much. The place smelled a little musty even with the dehumidifier. Nature cannot be controlled and a skunk sprayed right by the place and that's all I could smell the first night.”

”The treehouse was great and super comfortable for the night that we stayed. The only issue we had was actually finding the path back to it from the parking area because someone was parked in front of the sign for the path and we couldn’t see it. Overall we had a great experience and actually saw some deer hanging out as we were leaving.”
