Room was clean yet a touch tired. No aircon so we asked for a fan and this was happily supplied. Loved the welcome pack for our pooch Pool nice, surroundings a little tired, could do with a good spruce up. Friendly staff and fab location for the tour of abberleys cycle racing.

this is our 3rd time here, and we have already booked to stay in a couple weeks time, excellent staff, who are friendly and approachable, Karl on reception is fantastic! lovely pool are, and great distance to the waterfront and shopping centre.
