Asunnot – Shelton

”Pros: had a wonderful stay at this location. Close to everything-restaurants, shopping, 3 miles from exit 15 on I-84. Very comfortable and large space, really comfortable bed. As my stay was over 30 days, I wanted a full kitchen and I got that. Property management very responsive and helpful!Cons: air conditioners were still in the windows allowing frigid air in. Once they were finally removed it became immediately warmer. Partly my fault for not asking sooner. Also, not enough towels for...

”I loved my stay at the Dune! I was in a corner room and it got great sunlight all day. It was just a few minutes from the beach, so I was able to walk out and watch the sunrise. There was also a market across the street that had delicious breakfast. I brought it back to my room to eat while enjoying the Keurig coffee in the room.”

”This place was very clean and Michael was great, answering all my questions quickly. check in was simple just a code to get in it was very updated and the beds were very comfortable. It was close to Yale and to some great pizza places”

”The place was cooled before I arrived with an air conditioning unit making it a nice welcome. The host was communicative and hospitable. They left more than enough towels, pillows, blankets. I super appreciated how clean everything was and it smelled good which made them comfortable to use and sleep in the bed.”

”Great spot close to everything with a secure entrance to the building. Easy access to the unit Quick responses and good communication from the host. Great unit with lots of amenities! Definitely would stay here again and again!!”

”The place was incredibly clean. The instructions were clear for entering and locking up. Great experience! Thanks Dylan. ”

”The “gym” did not have the weights that were shown in the picture. There are some general repairs that need done on the property such as patching and painting.”

”On both nights of our stay we dealt with loud noises from the apartment above going past 1:30 AM. This was unsettling and prevented us from getting a good night’s sleep. While the pictures online are accurate as regards the interior – it was clean and updated - they don’t illustrate the unfortunate exterior environment. The “off street parking” is a communal dirt area behind two houses with potholes and a very narrow driveway connecting it to the road. If you have a minivan or a larger car, you...

”Should be more specific about the option to park on the property. I had to park a long ways away and only afterwards once I got into the apartment I saw the pass that I could’ve parked on the premises.”

”I had issues with getting codes, which I managed, but NO COMMUNICATION!! there was no direct help number that would have quickly resolved stressful situation For that a poor rating - otherwise good room and location it would greatly help to have a live contact also I planned one day to walk around New have, but you wouldn't let me leave my bag!! I can see not checking in but for the cost of the night the curtesy to leave a small carry on in a closet is not too much to expect”
