There is a well-maintained gravel driveway to get to the house. We own the neighboring property, which is also rented out and can be rented with this property if you're looking for more space! Inquire for more information!

This unique and charming home boasts an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings on main level. Lots of natural sunlight throughout the home with an abundance of windows to soak up the beauty of the river from inside. Sit inside at the kitchen bar and be able to watch the river ease by. Enjoy the sunroom off the living area with patio doors that access the flat backyard. The first bedroom with queen bed is on the main level, across from the full bath boasting a bathtub and shower. Upstairs, you'll find one full bed and one day bed (with two trundles). Don't miss the charming "overlook" window looking down on the open living and kitchen space (kids will love this!). In the recently updated kitchen, there is river-rock backsplash, farmhouse sink and faucet, new stainless steel appliances, and plentiful cabinetry with pots and pans, cookie sheets, coffeemaker, utensils, cups, mugs, and full stocked kitchen inventory. Spacious pantry closet off the kitchen to store your groceries. Conveniently off the living room is laundry area plus an extra refrigerator for additional storage! As you venture down the hall, you'll find the third bedroom with a queen over queen bunk. A small, but oh-so-cute room with views of the river from the window. Right off this bedroom is a third bathroom with tiled stand up shower. Down the hall from the laundry area and bathroom is the largest bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed plus a twin over twin trundle. The master has a private master bath with stand up shower and private access to the screen porch and hot tub. Our favorite spot in the house, a screened-In porch with vaulted ceilings, ideal for dining a-la-carte or sipping your coffee while enjoying the sounds of the river, along with the brand new hot tub and TV for hanging out! You can sit in the blazing hot jacuzzi tub and enjoy the sounds and views of the river babbling by. All of the beds boast luxurious mattresses for a comfortable nights sleep.

Venture in the backyard to find a river oasis, complete with firepit, propane grill, and a gorgeous river docks, that's right! DOCKS...TWO river docks to enjoy!! The magnificent river docks are complete with Adirondack chairs to sit and relax on "river time". The upper river dock has the outdoor table and chairs (seats 6) to eat while enjoying the beautiful mountain and river views! The lower dock is perfect for fishing! We also provide water equipment for guests to use and enjoy at no additional cost. Enjoy our kayaks and innertubes provided with your stay.

In addition to the outdoor sports, we are located close to Luray Caverns and Luray Zoo, East Side Speedway, and Massanutten waterpark for an abundance of indoor and outdoor fun.
