”This hotel is not what is shown in the pictures. It was evident when I pulled in with my family that the hotel was not clean nor safe due to multiple reasons. We asked for a refund due to the reasons and they refused to refund us. Stay away from this hotel and find some where else even if it cost more money”

”A decent pet friendly hotel to use if needed. We were traveling with the whole crew (two little ones 4yo and 2yo, and a medium size dog), and arrived right around the kids bedtime. The gentleman who checked us in had great vibes, and even jammed to some music that was playing in the lobby. But we got to room 207 (King Suite non-smoking), there were crumbs on the floor, pet hair on the sofa, and the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. ”There was a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower that I found when I pulled the curtain for my first shower. There were also bugs in the bathroom. I called ahead and asked for extra caffeinated coffee in my room to make coffee and when I arrived they gave me 4 packets of DEcaffeinated coffee and told me they didn't have any coffee with caffeine. The ice bucket in my room had a big crack along the bottom, so it leaked all over everything and damaged my phone. This place should NOT be...

”Room and general areas clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was room was a little cramped - one of the beds (two queens) was about 8 inches from the wall, making it difficult to get into that side of the bed.”

”What a beautiful hotel. This hotel has so much history and charm. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The parking garage is right beside it making it so convenient. The location of the hotel was amazing only one block from restaurant and shops.”

”Entrance door to room had to be slammed to close. Bathroom door wouldn't close. It looked like there was a gun fight in the room with so many holes patched and not painted over. Air conditioner was so loud you couldn't sleep anyway. Got there at 8 pm and left by 3 am cuz I just couldn't sleep.”

”Lovely Luxury with a spacious sunset suite. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Wish there were one or more sofa tables. staff were delightful, will definitely come again. Please add a cafe for guests not wanting a large expensive dinner. Breakfast Food was very good. Kitchen well equipped for beverage and snack storage, and very clean.”

”Very nice large 2 room suite on 3rd floor. Ceiling fans in both rooms large bathroom with tub shower. Small kitchenette . Table and chairs . Great option for traveling families . 2 queen beds and sleep sofa large tv in living area and bedroom. Nice breakfast lobby eating area and small indoor pool.”
