Bell Tower Motor Inn
Very hard to get in touch with staff. Didn’t see any staff on our two day stay. Extremely loud property (which is due to location) Pool had algae on the bottom. Very tired accommodation- fine if you are desperate for a place to sleep.

Paradise Lakes Motel
Well located a few km south of Shepparton on the main road into town. Only a few km from a small shopping centre. Set back far enough from the road that it was quiet, with a nice outlook over grass to fields. Good value.

Big Valley Lakeside Paradise Motor Inn
Staff friendly. Room clean and updated. Unfortunately the beds need improvement. Queen bed very firm. Single bed felt like laying on springs and didn’t sleep on it.
