”Really enjoyed my stay here at the Cross Keys. Was meeting up with family for a wedding in Saltburn. It was in a lovely quiet setting, beautifully decorated interior, quirky with a simple country style decor. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Ben and Laura who always made sure you was comfortable and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay and recommend this place again.”

”There was an issue with my original room, nothing major. I was happy for it to be rectified but the check in staff immediately moved me to better room. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was very good, both dinner and breakfast. Would stay here again. ”

”Had a lovely stay here. Welcoming staff on arrival, clean , comfy and spacious rooms, a better than expected gym, and nice food. The rooms were cosy and had everything required, free toiletries in the bathroom which was a nice touch. The gym was great considering it was a hotel gym, lots of equipment and free weights. ”Spent 5 nights at the Ivy Tree and loved all of them! The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you. I had forgot my charger adapter and the hotel staff lended me their personal one for the whole stay. The breakfast is delicious and the staff make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Do try the pancakes, they we're delicious!
