”Our stay at The Marquis of Lorne was great. Very comfy room and the food was great. Just a two night stop over and inrtended to eat out but after the first night we were hooked on the4 menu. Thanks for grwat stay.”

”The property is quite quirky with uneven floors but has character. Quite a small hotel and choices at breakfast were limited. Vegetarians and people with other dietary requirements not really catered for.”

”Clean rooms, but basic. Tv is very small. The bar is ok, but the food menu isnt the best. The food was mediocre.”

”The location was absolutely brilliant as it's so central although be aware that this is a lively pub so if you want a quiet stay it's maybe not for you. I went with a friend and we loved every minute, so much so that we're going to make it a yearly visit. Our rooms were clean with very comfortable beds, the staff are, without exception, super friendly, as is the Manager. We can definitely recommend the breakfast as it's wonderful!”
