”Unfortunately, no A/C in room, which is not unusual, but on a very hot day for England, the bathroom towel racks were in full heat and almost boiling. Neither we nor the hotel manager could shut them off. One single fan provided little/no relief and room temp was + 30c degrees and never got to a comfortable temp overnight. ”Before we arrived we were asked if it was possible that we could arrive a bit later at 5pm since they were struggling to get back on time to hand us the keys since they live next door, we agreed since you dont want to upset owners that live next door. When they arrived they were very chatty about another business they own and how busy they were.
