”Great place to stay. Very convenient right next to airport, go through double doors and right there.. Very clean, pillows are too fluffy for me tho. Lol”

”Staff was not there when we checked in, waited about 15 min then he finally showed up with no idea anyone was there. We dialed “0” on the phone to call staff and the staff phone was at the desk not of staff. Not impressed. ”

”The visible light switch didn't work at all, only the one hidden behind the towels and dryer plug. Not a big problem, just weird.”

”Excellent hotel, modern, clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again.”

”Breakfast was good and and parking was easy since we were handicap had some trouble at snack machine had to do it about five times.we tried debit card but tried to select 3 or 4 items but had to do debit card again. We finally got change for a ten and wife had to go back to 3rd floor Dollar bills + and select one at time”

”The continental breakfast was OK, but not great. There were no eggs, although the pan was there. There was no fruit. The choice was waffle, bagel with cream cheese, toast with jam, cereal, gravy over a biscuit, apple juice or orange juice. The room was very clean. Parking of convenient.”

”Woulda gave 5 stars to the staff but the gentleman who checked us in and out was rude, not real accommodating and even rolled his eyes at my wife.”

”The mattress should have been replaced about ten years ago. Will pass on quality inns in the future”

”Where to start?!? Only plus was the desk person was nice. Negatives: still under old management. Pipestone Inn, not OYO. Didn’t look at all like pictures. Had to call desk clerk to find someone for check in. Interior and exterior looked abandoned. Room was unclean. Had to clean the mirror and nightstand. Carpet dirty. Worst of all , no tv!!! Who didn’t pay the cable bill!!?!?! Sad to see this. Pipestone is a nice town and doesn’t need a business like this!!”

”If I could give more stars to this Hotel I would. It was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy. The room wad enormous and we loved it. Great shower. Tons of room. Was a 2 min walk to the Falls and a ton of great restaurants. Everyone I encountered that worked at the hotel was beyond nice and friendly. We were there for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer.”

”No hotel sign on property, appears to need maintenance, hot water dor showed was luke warm, faucet pulled away from wall, outside entrance was cluttered. No breakfast area that we could tell, However, the one staff member on site at checkin and checkout was very Nice. And the bar next door was great!”
