”Las dueñas del hotel son muy simpáticas y cercanas. Hice mi reserva a las 10pm para la misma noche y me aceptaron sin problema. El hotel está un pelín lejos del centro pero la dueña nos acercó en coche las veces que necesitamos. Pude disfrutar de su piscina!!”

”The staff is very friendly and helpful, unfortunately this place needs a complete overhaul on everything. Our AC didn’t work it was sooooo Hot in the room, but the worst part is my daughter woke up with Bugs crawling all Over her bed and she had bites everywhere. I made the owner aware, she stated someone had mentioned this to her before so she was going to try figure out where they were coming from. Location is good but the place needs to be remodel for what they charge, which was $225 per...

”The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach. I would recommend this resort.”

”The host was very easy to communicate with. She greeted us when we arrived. She was great. The house is very beautiful inside and out, the view was amazing. It is very clean inside. The only issue is the way to the house is very difficult to get to. We drove up on a hill that had a lot of bumpy roads and a lot of garbage. Keep in mind if you stay here that once you go out, try to do all of your outings because it’s hard to go back and forth to the house.”

”This was the best stay. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and well taken care of. I was travelling with my daughter with special needs with special food requirements and the staff in the restaurant were so amazing and so accommodating. Well done Toby's Resort.”

”Rooms were very clean as well as the entire property. Staff wasn’t as customer service friendly as expected. I know cultural difference may play a part. But there were a few that were extremely nice (Saneika at the inside bar and Jahmarie at Rosehall). True customer service friendly. Remembered my drink daily and my coffee and juice request for breakfast. The entertainment was lacking overall in the day. DJ plays for himself and the crew few years back was more interactive poolside etc. ...

”Staff were friendly and helpful especially front desk and dinning room. My room was well kept so housekeeping did a great job. I really didn't like the design of the shower because the space gets flooded easily. Except for that, the experience was good.”
