”The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really...

”Despite the recent hurricane we had a great time! Entertainment team was lit, rooms were cleaned spotless each day, and food was mostly delicious! Perhaps the biggest drawback that we had was the “timeshare” sales pitch they had us sit through for an hour-hour and an half after our first night there. If you’re not interested in that, decline the free breakfast!”

”Hieman jo kulahtanut hotelli kauniilla paikalla. Varasimme tämän siksi, että lapset pääsisivät hyppimään mereen kallioilta, aaltoja oli kuitenkin sen verran, ettei neljään päivään päässyt mereen kertaakaan. Alueella ei ole oikein muita aktiviteetteja. Aamukävely karisti rähmät silmistä, koska hotellin alueella ei ole jalkakäytävää ja liikenne Jamaikalla on aika reipasta. Hintaan nähden selkeä pettymys.”
