”I got a rash while traveling in Japan. The second day I checked into the hotel, the rash got worst. The front desk staff was very helpful finding a dermatologist which was behind the universal walk, walked 5 mins there, got some medicine and was alot better the next day. Thank you to the front desk staff for being super helpful.”

”Great location walking distance from Universal Studios and train station plenty of shops and restaurants near by. They offer a variety of amenities and we appreciated the baggage storage area prior to check in. Kids enjoyed the free hotdogs and ice cream. Comfortable beds! Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside of our stay was the elevator situation. During our stay we had to wait for an elevator it seemed like maybe only one was working out of the 4.”
