Toys & coloring books for kids, baby gear, dog water bowls, bed & toys, extra food storage baggies & plastic wrap were helpful for our day at the zoo. The home was clean. ”Great value, good location to get to major sites, had enough beds and bathrooms for our group. The downstairs bathroom had some issues that the host is planning to fix, and one of the bed frames was broken. There was some trash and random articles of clothing leftover from a previous guest. Host was very responsive, and neighborhood was quiet. House had everything we needed-gave it 4 stars due to the issues mentioned above. ”

”Check in/out was a breeze. The neighborhood is very quiet. And is in a great central location. It is a clean house but it is a little tired. Some minor repairs need attending to (transition strip on the floor entering the bathroom wasn't attached, missing slats in the bedroom blinds, it could use more flatware and more than one wineglass.) FYI..it takes a long time to get hot water from the tap. The off street parking was nice. I'd say this is a decent rental for the price. ”

”This space was perfect for a girls’ week in StL. The area is actually very quiet (other than the interstate out the back door, which honestly, just provided background noise that was easily ignored, making the provided noise machine unnecessary). The space is very clean, has a lot of historic charm, and is located in an area that allows easy access to many StL activities. The only “down” side of the whole visit was that the living room seating is not conducive to comfortably hanging out, but who...
