”I have to say I waa really surprised at how nice this place was. The only issue for me (being a bigger bloke) was i couldn't fit in the shower as it only has a s.mall opening but I was able to get around .”

”Nice, comfortable bedroom but you could hear the noise from the road. View to a meadow. English breakfast ok, but I missed cheese and cold cuts on my slice of bread. Gym was good. Nothing to do within short walking distance, and I didn't find a nice route for evening walk either. I stayed here because had a meeting here, but next time would opt for a hotel in town.”

”Great stay. Nice sized room, Lots of parking, Great breakfast. It is at the university, so lets food options in walking distance. Could use laundry facilities.”

”All the hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful from arrival to departure which made for an enjoyable stay. Our room was a good size with a four poster bed and a nice view to the front of the property. The hotel public areas looked great and were well kept. Food and drink prices in the hotel and grounds a little on the high side.”

”Lovely 2 night stay, great value via Expedia. Was in the area for a concert at Warwick Arts, visits to Kenilworth Castle and Stoneleigh and proved ideal location. Not at all snooty or stuffy like some country hotels. Clean modern bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast, pleasant walks from hotel, well equipped gym. Lots of hotels in this area, glad we chose this one.”

”The hotel in general was very good. Just personally, we had a few issues Our main issue is that the hotel. It's so big with long hallways and lots of steps, considering we have a child in a Pram and lots of luggage it was so exhausting to carry everything from the car park to walk across to the hotel. And then find your room. Its hell of a long walk with steps. When we arrived, they gave us a room on the top floor with loads of steps, and the windows barely opened. So we complained and changed...

”Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

”The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome.”

”Lights and extractor fan not working in the room. Reports of worms in the swimming pool by other guests. However, we didn’t see any worms and thought the pool and leisure facilities were fine. Moved to a different room due to lights and fan not working then ended up with bed bug bites from the mattress. (Confirmed by pharmacist) wrote a complaint to hotel about this but received no response. Would not be staying there again. Expedia tried to help with some form of refund but hotel didn’t reply...
