”There's so much good to say about our stay. The accommodations were gorgeous, and so much thought was put into every detail of the room, it was just gorgeous. The property itself was beautiful, and a nice place to hike. Lastly, the breakfast was perfect. They served rustic sheet pancakes which were fluffy and delicious with fruit baked into them. On the side was some honeydew melon and a scramble of polish sausage, onion and apple. Absolutely delicious.”

”For the most part, "yes". For our preferences, we would have preferred a standard toaster rather than the toaster/oven. I like to cook and I could also have used more in the way of pots, pans and utensils. I did manage to make some chicken soup in one of the fry pans but that was less than ideal. ”This property was great. I had a fear of the traffic noise being it's in the main drive but it was minimal and with the door closed you didn't hear much of anything. The layout was very well thought out and made our relaxing very comfortable. I don't think there want anything that the hosts had not thought of. The pizza place down the block was awesome!!! And the coffee up the street was great too. We commented to each other that in a different lifetime we could easily live on the property. My...

”We were heading north on a ten day tent camping trip and needed a place to stay for a night where the loaded down truck would be safe over night. So glad we found this place. My 10 year old son and I very much enjoyed the stay and it is as expected, super cool. Staying in a hobbit hole has now been checked of the old bucket list. ”The property has been modernized inside. I will book it again if it's available. The yard is in need of a gardener but that took nothing away from my stay. Clean and very user friendly. I come to fish the Sacramento river in Redding. It's minutes away. Downtown Redding has wonderful places to eat. Jacks Grill is a new favorite.
