”Lovely room, with large bed. We have stayed in this hotel lots of times before but we have never had as nice of bed as we had this time. It was a lovely surprise. Breakfast great as usual.”

”The front desk staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our kids were happy to see a play area directly inside the lobby too.
The room was nice, and it was useful to have a water dispenser on every level.
Breakfast was good, selection could have been better but it was perfectly fine for a great start.
The pool and spa facilities were a nice touch with both a proper steam room and sauna. I advise to go earlier as it can get busy with families in the pool. Gym is well kitted...

”The check in staff were friendly and professional. Our room was large but needed updating. The mattress needed replacing and the sofa was very stained. The toilet didn’t flush very well and the shower pressure was weak. The curious kitchen staff were very efficient and friendly especially our waiter Cris from Italy. The food was delicious but the steak was a little tough. Had to order chips, onion rings and sauce as extra so it made the meal very expensive. The prawn cocktail was the best my...
