🛁 Bathroom – Full-size bath with a powerful electric shower and complimentary toiletries.
🍳 Kitchen – Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and all essentials for home cooking. Tea and coffee provided.
📶 WiFi – Fast, unlimited internet; code available on the kitchen blackboard and router.

Guest Access:

If using the sofa bed, an additional fee of £16 is requested for extra bedding and cleaning. A memory foam topper is provided for added comfort.
