”Bedroom beautifully presented. Tea, coffee and water in the room. Comfortable bed. Warm and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was well stocked good choice of drinks and cocktails. Breakfast, full breakfast included, delicious and lots of choice, eggs benedict, eggs royale etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again. There was a loyalty scheme but they didn't explain it so i have probably lost out on a lot of points. But otherwise excellent. ”

”Stayed one night in a twin room whilst on a long walk. Arrived to a very friendly welcome from the manager, everything explained and shown to our room. Room perfect with good tea facilities (great homemade biscuits!) and a bathroom with large shower and good quality toiletries. We'd booked dinner which was just as well as they were packed, both had the short rib beef and it was delicious, servers were lovely and they had fantastic Naptons cider on draft! ”We spent 2 nights at the Volunteer Inn in September in a room with shared bathroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all great. The breakfast was good and the pub downstairs is a good spot for a drink. Our room faces the road but was very quiet and did not get any noise from the pub. Given the cost of staying in Chipping Campden, we felt the rate was very reasonable.”
