”Very comfortable stay, had everything we needed & great location! The beds were amazingly comfortable which is very hard to find with our bad backs. Sue made sure we had all we needed with some yummy supplies on arrival down to the quality toilet paper (it’s the little things that count) 😉 Our little toy poodle was very happy with the little fenced back yard & beautiful park to walk through just around the corner 😍 We look forward to staying here again!”

”We had an amazing stay at the property at Dolphin heads, the views were incredible and we had possums visit in the evenings. Close to shops and the restaurant and bar on the property was amazing. Loved the pool and check in and check out was so easy. Great communication and we felt like we didn't want to leave. Thank you for having us. ☺️”

”The photos don't do this accommodation justice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the accommodation had everything we needed. We loved the little extras such as coffee, cotton buds, good quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The views are out of this world. Communication with host was excellent. ”The unit was dirt from the moment we opened the door. There was hair on the floor and the carpet. The carpet is so badly stained and dirty it needs to be replaced. The lounge has a large hole in it. The TV didnt work properly it had double vision. The bathroom was not cleaned and also had someones hair on the floor. ”Good hotel to see the platypus and rainforest, very clean and good room facilities (fridge, microwave, toaster, sink etc). Staff very nice and helpful although reception only open until 5pm which is a bit early to close! Food only takeaway and only at 6pm and not good for vegetarian. Overall good stay :) ”

”Not a great start. We arrived, had not received a text re cabin access and nobody answered the phone. When checking with Eungella Chalet we discovered that whoever input the dates into their systems had made a mistake. We had no accommodation for first night - dates a day ahead. Fortunately the lady at the chalet managed to find a one night stay at Broken River 5km away and the wonderful host there, Wen, welcomed us plus said she would work out payment with the cabins.
