”Property is easy to find. Lobby is beautiful and very clean. Continental breakfast was delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom is well lit. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be staying again in this hotel.”

”There was one pillow per person, and they ran out of extra pillows. AC was so loud, that we had to switch it off so we could have a conversation. The loudest AC I have ever heard. Otherwise it was quiet two nights. Staff was friendly, but to the point it felt a bit unprofessional, hanging in front of hotel on ciggies when we went in or out. Room had smell like mold and I got bronchitis right after our visit. Could be coincidence though. I wouldn't recommend for asthmatics though.”

”Check in at the hotel was easy and the front desk clerks were really nice. Upon entering the room, we found it very clean and spacious. The a/c was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Now for the bad part: we booked a two night stay. On the day after we got there, we left early to attend an event. When we got back to the room, we found that the beds had not been made, the trash had not been removed and fresh towels had not been provided. Contacting the front desk we were told that...

”There were roaches EVERYWHERE!!!! The original room we were booked in didn’t have a refrigerator, was a smoking room (we booked nonsmoking) smelled like a bar had burn marks everywhere. Talked with front office about getting moved to a different room offered to “upgrade us free” because the fridge rooms were $7 more…. We were moved into ANOTHER smoking room the fridge wasn’t working the microwave looked almost brand new inside and the bathroom was covered in roaches, piss stains, the shower was...

”The hotel is beautiful and our room was perfect and very clean, Huge downside: our room #21, had the railroad tracks just outside our windows. The trains ran ALL night long, and blew their whistles multiple times as they came thru. I didn’t sleep at ALL. Worst night in a hotel I’ve ever experienced. Possibly another room might be better - but I would never stay there again to see. The trains ruined the positive experience of this historic hotel.”
