”The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom.”

”We stayed at this hotel because it promised a hotel shuttle, but we didn’t realize that had to be booked 24 hours in advance so…in effect there is no hotel shuttle.
It is an old hotel and not maintained to courtyard standards. Although our room was clean, there was a sour smell in it that made it hard to sleep.”
