”The Hotel is set in lovely surroundings. Swimming pool is excellent. the room was small and a long way to walk to get to it. We had a large room facing the front gardens last time and prefer that even though it is a bit dated. The fried eggs they brought out for breakfast fresh from the kitchen were cold not certain how that happened.It was as if they came from the fridge.”

”First class as always, this is our fourth visit and we are already planning our next one.
From a seamless check in with an amazingly warm welcome from Nicola and Cheryl who remembered us from previous visits. The room was excellent and the housekeeping team did a fabulous job throughout our stay, nothing is too much trouble. We are in the Pin bar and once again the food was lovely and all people we came across were helpful and polite.
We had a visit to the Spa, where the beautiful Lilly...

”Quiet location.
Near retail park with cinema and food outlets. Useful as no meal available on Sunday night.
Swimming pool and jacuzzi etc OK but very hot and changing room like a sauna.
Bed very comfortable.
Clean and lots of parking.
Standard Holiday Inn.”

”Room was big and the bed was big. Very clean throughout. The walls and headboards were a little tired looking. Our first room had faulty air con and on our last night we were given another room. We got a 30% refund for the nights we had no air con. The screen casting worked well in our first room but didn't work in the new room we moved to and the engineer, while very polite, didn't understand the issue either. The bar, breakfasts and staff were very nice.”
