Things To Know:

- The lodge includes a large bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. It will include 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and guests will need to replenish their own restock of toilet paper and paper towels for the rest of their stay

- We will provide a few Keurig coffee pods for your first use, but feel free to bring your own favorite Keurig pods

- Lodge has Nest Thermostat, Ring video door bell and a video surveillance camera only on the outside entrance and on the deck for the safety of our guests and our lodge.

- Two Car parking space in front of the lodge and additional parking on the other side of the street

- Air conditioning and heating in all rooms

Some say it starts once they reach the town of Payson. Local Activities:

You will be located close to all your favorite outdoor activities. There are many lakes and trails throughout the area that you can hike, mountain bike, horseback ride, drive ATVs as well as rent boats, kayaks, stand up paddle boards. Sunrise Ski Resort is less than an hour away and is open year round. You can enjoy snowboarding, skiing and tubing in the winter and hiking, scenic lift rides and zip lining in the summer.

- During off season many restaurants have limited hours

- Stated Occupancy cannot be exceeded
