”We have stayed here before, so knew what to expect, and we will stay here again. Rooms are big and clean, staff is courteous, breakfast has a wide spread and location is convenient close to the highway so you avoid city traffic. Would love to see some improvement in shower experience during next stay. Overall excellent experience”

”We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier, staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful. Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families.”

”good stay, hotel is clean and new, so looks nice. Room had just enough space to be comfortable. There was a balcony but it was useless as the windows were locked. Not so good - the water tasted weird, had to use bottled water for brushing. On the last day the room smelled a lot for some reason.”

”The view of the hills shown in the picture on the website is outdated, there is no longer a view of the hills. The image should be updated to reflect the current surroundings. Additionally, the area around the property is not clean.”

”I felt the location close to a open drain and sometimes with the breeze the smell was overwhelming”

”The TV and internet were not working. The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell.We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund . ”
