”Stayed for 4 nights .. 1. Had to wait for more than an hour for room to be ready when checked in at 6PM. 2. Bath rooms were stinking inspire of cleaning. Wash liquids were not refilled for 4 nights we stayed in the hotel. 3. Over-all lacking cleanliness in the common areas of the floor. Staff were friendly and did their best they got. ”

”We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier, staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful. Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families.”

”good stay, hotel is clean and new, so looks nice. Room had just enough space to be comfortable. There was a balcony but it was useless as the windows were locked. Not so good - the water tasted weird, had to use bottled water for brushing. On the last day the room smelled a lot for some reason.”

”The view of the hills shown in the picture on the website is outdated, there is no longer a view of the hills. The image should be updated to reflect the current surroundings. Additionally, the area around the property is not clean.”

”The TV and internet were not working. The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell.We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund . ”
