”Easy check in, they sent a code for the front door and then we found our room with key in room door lock. Area was quiet and nice patio area. Snacks were accessible throughout common areas. Bedding was super comfortable. Would stay here again.”

”It’s a cool place. Bar only open until 10 however. ”

”Hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and the food at the restaurants was excellent. ”

”Our stay was nice, but it was somewhat overpriced. Drago's being onsite was definitely a plus.”

”The floor we stayed on was so loud making it impossible to sleep even though we had to get up early. Every night someone was running through the halls or slamming door and arguing on the phone. The staff were hands down the best but until a curfew is implemented for kids running around all night I highly doubt I would come back and stay, and I was there with my own teenage kids and they were bothered and it was hard to sleep even for them.”

”The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. ”

”Breakfast was served and one meal was late to the table. Restaurant was not busy. I think the waitress didn’t put in one order.”

”The building is a older building. With many repairs that show where thwy been done. Had a smell but was cleaned daily. Vending machines where poor several where broke. ”

”Beautiful hotel and room. The only thing that let me down was the paint peeling in the bathroom. Paint chips all over the floor and shower. Other than that my family and I really enjoyed our stay. ”

”They had my room amenities wrong. I explained to the operator with Hilton and she offered me to change to another one of their hotels at my expense or keep what I had since I booked through a third party. The bed was broken; small black bugs crawling all over the floor and walls in the bathroom; mold and mildew all in bathroom ”
