This place need some serious updating
Although clean the furniture is uncomfortable and cheap
We had several problems while they’re including the back door not being able to be opened so our dog couldn’t go out, the bedroom locking me in because the lock broke, and the oven not working!
There was plenty of crockery, but not enough forks to eat with and not enough chairs for the kitchen table by comparison to the number of beds
The outside bins haven’t been emptied for months
And the cleaner always had an emergency when she was due to bring over the mattress protectors the key for the back door and everything else
The phone numbers left in the property details were wrong as well so when we had the emergency with been locked in in the bedroom nobody was able to respond
The lock got fixed, the back door was never opened and the oven never worked and we were there for five nights
It’s a shame really as the property is very close to the hospital and is within walking distance of a pub with good food
Having to pay a deposit and fill out the form beforehand is a bit of a faff the most self catering don’t need to worry about and would put a lot of people off.
Location wise it suited us and did have its own car parking space
