”While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

”The room was clean but they could update the pillows. Too saoft and lumpy. The chairs in the room are not comfortable; very hard. Breakfast was okay, typical hotel breakfast. The bartenders were great in the pub, live music was good. ”

”The staff were very wonderful and accommodating to my needs. The room we stayed was very clean. Loved the fireplace and the bathroom was very spacious with a bench. The owner was kind enough to let us park next to the hotel instead of across the street because of my disability. ”
