”The toilet was not working properly in the room. The hotel staff came to verify the problem and could not do anything. Offer another room that did not meet our needs. Had to go to the toilet Gym for our stay.”

”The staff we encountered were friendly. The room was okay. The furnishings have seen better days. Things are very worn. There was several strands of hair on the bathroom floor. The shower curtain was ripped along the top. The curtains in the room were also full of small holes. The pool area; the hot tub was extremely frothy, which is usually indicative of high organics. And we saw blood worms in the pool. Another sign that the balance is off/water is dirty. There were kids/people...
