"As the hotel is in terminal 3 the location is great if you are flying early next morning. Everything else is quite poor. Rooms and floors super old and outdated ja also dirty. As it's the only hotel around terminal 3 most likely there isn't competition of customers and no need to keep the hotel in good shape. Usually The Royal Park hotels are extremely nice and in good shape but Haneda airport definitely not on the same level unfortunately. Good for one night quick sleep but don't expect much else."

"Nice hotel in the middle of everything. However, next time I’m going to Shibuya. Shinjuku is full of touts, and as a solo male you will literally be approached by some scumbag every 10 meters in the evening. Yes, it’s that bad!"
