âMight be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We had upgraded us to premier status, which included a separate lounge and check-in. It felt as good return on the money. The lounges were available to other guests too, for a separate fee. So the services are reachable to all. We have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels before, but Keio Plaza has been the brightest among stars. â

âAmazing hotel experience. Staff were warm and makes you feel at home from the time we arrived from a taxi to room attendants. Our room was amazing, very clean, well maintained, with a feel of modern Japan. Highly recommended if you plan to stay in Shinjuku area!â

âGreat location, corner room was a great size and layout, especially for Tokyo, and the hotel never felt busy or crowded. It was great that housekeeping was quickly done as soon as we left the room. â
