”We were very very disappointed when check in , we booked one the apartment 3 bedrooms sea view & fireworks, but They want to give us 3 bedrooms different level no view at all , we rejected it then we had the problem too much problem communicated with owner ,5 hours couldn’t check in because she didn’t know ENGLISH at all , she took the email from Expedia then translated it in Vietnamese languages , wasn’t exactly that the booking, finally after 5 hours fighting then she gave us the apartment 3...

”Unfortunately, our stay was not very pleasant. The noise from the neighboring room and the room above made it impossible for us to sleep well. The soundproofing is really poor, and noise from the hallway and common areas can be clearly heard inside the room.”
