”We spent an hour sending messages about the correct location of the hotel. Anyway, this is not hotel. It is a residence building on the hillside. Have to use stairway or escalators going up from Starbucks to the building. On hotles.com, they show their location is incorrect. Location would be the three big buildings when you see from Starbucks and cable car station. Room is similar with pictures from hotels.com. however, the lobby is on 3rd floor and no reception, just a security booth. The...

”The bedrooms in the family room were extremely cool in temperature and my kids enjoyed that. We were allowed to take towels to the beach as long as they were returned and there’s a nice noodle shop down the street open between 11:30-3pm. We enjoyed our stay.”
