”This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. It allows each generation to have their own space. The huge wrap around deck was a wonderful place to relax in the early morning and late evening. This Sconset location is perfect - steps to the market, beach, and restaurants. Our children walked/rode bikes back and forth all day! A bonus to the home is the little TV room/office in the back! ”We had the absolute BEST time at Zoo Fest! This was our first time visiting Nantucket and we fell in love. The house is absolutely magnificent! We spent our evenings swimming, dining outside, sitting around the fire pit and playing in the big open lawn. We walked into Sconset for ice cream, sandwiches and wine. We also walked to the beach and light house. The home is in a wonderful location! I could go on and on about Zoo Fest! If you’re one the fence, book it!! You won’t be disappointed.”
