Not happy too expensive for what was offered
"The facilities were poor no wifi. We paid hotels .com yet cranes demanded that we pay since they did not receive the money we checked out after 3 days in distress"

"Deep Sea Resort was a great place to stay in Kitale - our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Mt. Elgon National Park (~1 hour away from Kitale). The rooms, dining room and pool were clean (although the rooms smelled a bit musty), the staff was super nice/polite/helpful, the breakfast ..."
