”This was a great place to stay in our favorite corner of the Catskills. The house is really nicely styled, and is very spacious and comfortable - there were 6 of us and a dog and plenty of room for all. Sarah was a super responsive and helpful host. The kids loved the games room - a great thing to have on a rainy day. And you HAVE to try eightymain restaurant just down the road - one of the best we've ever eaten in!”

”The place was great. Four of my siblings, a nephew, and my father stayed for 2 nights to visit my terminally ill brother who lives in the area. The house is located near the center of town near restaurants. The spaciousness was helpful for private contemplation, yet the gathering rooms were great for getting together to share our experiences. The collection of items was a source of conversation in and of themselves.”

”We had the BEST experience!! Leah was extremely helpful!! It has great amenities if ur looking to stay and enjoy each others company without having to entertain anybody. There’s a great playroom with tons of toys for the babies and toddlers , loads of activities for teens and adults and a great pool to swim or just sunbathe!!! Would definitely consider going again!! ”What a great property and location. We rented the home as our daughter was graduating from SUNY Oneonta. The home was as described, great furniture and beds and had tons of amenities to make for a great home away from home. Convenient to get to Oneonta and Cooperstown. ”The property was spacious for the family to stay. Easy to get around also. The inside contains so much history. It was nice seeing the craftsmanship that doesn’t exist any more and the Knick knacks from all over the world were very interesting to see. We had Adults which was great but there are quite a few breakables so I wouldn’t suggest for a family with small active kids. Great place thanks for sharing it with us.”

We’ve stayed at a variety of places over the years and now, with 3 generations attending, we need larger accommodations. I think we’ve found our place. Lovely setting. Clean, comfortable rooms. ”This property is way overpriced. It is a hunting Cabin at best. Small heater did not work. Had wood stove but only minimal large pieces of wood provided. TV and Wi-Fi did not work. Refrigerator smells like fish. Beds not comfortable. On top of that owner would not let me reschedule and needed to cancel and rebook at half price! Said he would not make any money due to VRBO fee and cleaning fee. Cleaning fee is a joke!”

”We booked this cottage to stay while I was in town for a wedding for the weekend. The owner came out to greet me upon arrival and explain where to park my car.
