”Friendly helpful staff, WiFi great, room clean and a plentiful selection of breakfast foods available.”

”Easy access from highway, and there were plenty of parking spaces. Staff member was friendly and sign in was quick and easy. The room and bathroom were both clean. Sheets pillow cases blankets and towels were also clean. The heater-air conditioning unit was quiet, but difficult to regulate. After cooling down the room I turned it off for the night. No elevator, so I had to trudge up two lifts of stairs to get to my room on the 2nd floor. Overall a decent place to stay.”

”The Motel was conveniently located and very clean . Breakfast had a variety of yummy eats . Coffee was good . Also a valuable in room. I would bring your own water to make coffee in room .City water wasn't that good. Would stay there again if in area.”

”The rooms needed better cleaning and bedding wasn’t changed in 10 days we were there. Beds weren’t always made nor trash removed on daily basis. Breakfast was very good.”

”The support and service was outstanding! The Inn had a wonderful vibe - sitting on the front porch felt like sitting on the front pot at my home. It felt like a place where everyone knew your name. By the time breakfast ended, the other guests were sitting at our table where we talked for what seemed an hour. Highly recommend!”

”Basic, clean hotel. No frills, was as basic as it comes, good clean rooms, good beds, no loud guest or outside interference.”

”I understand the need for places like this. My wife and I booked a room as it was the only place in Waterville under like $300. I was still disappointed with it. I am by no means hard to please but we decided to drive the hour and a half home after a concert versus staying here. Some paint and general care would go a long way at a place like this. We stayed in our room for about 5 minutes. It was dirty, footsteps above us were extremely loud, and it was just very depressing.”

”Basic clean room. Nice to have the free coffee and tea in the lobby. Limited breakfast options for Veg/GF folks. Rooms poorly insulated for sound lots loud hallway conversation late at night and nearby room conversations including staff.”
