A 45-square-meter apartment for 4 people, located on the third floor of a historic building without an elevator. In a very central location in the Duomo district, on Contrada Pantera, just a short walk from Siena’s main monuments and attractions. Its view of Via San Quirico ensures peace and quiet on a street that is usually very quiet. Ideal for those who want to experience the authentic character of the city with all its attractions within easy reach.



The interior layout is as follows:



- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, kettle, oven, toaster, immersion blender, juicer, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and dining table;

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed and dining table;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and desk;

- BATHROOM with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, fan, washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an elevator—the apartment is located on the third floor.

NO A/C—a portable fan is provided.

Please note that there are steps leading to the bedroom. One step to access the bathroom, one to access the living room, and one at the entrance.

The bedroom has no door—there is a curtain.



The apartment is located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL).



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Siena Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; and completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve the keys and gain access to the apartment.

Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the smart lock on-site.

- From Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci Airport, you can reach Florence Central Station by tram or bus, and from there take a bus to Siena, which stops just a few minutes’ walk from the property.



- From Siena Station, the most convenient way to reach the accommodations are by taxi (18 minutes); alternatively, you can take the bus, which departs from the station every 5 minutes and reaches the city center in 5 minutes.

The station is a 39-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re traveling by car, parking is not included.

However, paid parking is available at the Via Laterino parking lot, about a 6-minute walk from the property.
