The apartment is fully electric, with solar panels, a heat pump, and underfloor heating/cooling, ensuring eco-friendly comfort in every season.
Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and the terrace.

Included is the use of a private garage with a wallbox for charging electric vehicles, ensuring convenience and security for your car.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we live in the adjacent apartment and are at your complete disposal should you need anything.
