Muutaman askeleen päässä rannasta, jossa on uima-allas

UUSI - Nauti rannan ja uima-altaan päivistä täysillä tässä kahden makuuhuoneen kahden kylpyammeen päivitetyssä loma-asunnossa Siesta Keyssä. Sinun ei tarvitse huolehtia täynnä olevista rannoista ja pyöräilystä pysäköintialueille. Nauti yksityiseltä rannalta vain muutaman askeleen päässä tästä pohjakerroksen yksiköstä. Yhteisö tarjoaa ulkoterassilla istuvia rakennuksen edessä ja lämmitetyn uima-altaan. Hyödyntäkää saarten ilmaiset ratsastuspalvelut ja suunnata alas vain 5 mailin päässä sijaitsevaan SIesta Key Villageen. Siesta Key Village on täynnä ravintola-, ostos- ja viihdemahdollisuuksia. Siesta Key Public Beach, joka sijaitsee vain puoli mailin päässä yhteisöstä, tarjoaa tenniskenttiä, leikkipaikan ja paviljongit.

Astuessasi tämän pohjakerroksen yksikön sisään tulet avoimeen asuintilaan. Olohuoneessa on mukavat istuimet, myös vuodesohva ja taulutelevisio. Ruokailutila tarjoaa istuimet ja näkymät puutarhaan. Vieressä ja avoin olohuoneeseen on täysin varustettu keittiö. Varustettu 4-osaisella ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetulla laitepaketilla muiden pienten kodinkoneiden, graniittilaskurien joukossa, ja varustettuna kaikilla perustason keitto- ja ruokailuvälineillä. Juuri aamiaisbaarin edestä tulet vierashuoneeseen. Kalustettu kahdella erillisellä vuoteella ja pääsy vieraskylpyhuoneeseen, jossa on kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä. Alemmasta salista löydät makuuhuoneen, joka on sisustettu king-size-vuoteella ja kylpyhuoneella varustetulla suihkulla.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location, steps away from private beach access. Condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. Our ONLY complaint is that one of the key fobs didnt work for the pool or the beach and the other one only worked for the beach gate. My kids had to hop the fence several times to use the pool. Otherwise it was a great stay, we hope to visit again.

can’t beat for the price

only negative is the washer and dryer isn’t in the room, it’s outside the room and it’s shared, i did 4 cycles of trying to dry a load of laundry and it was still wet. i ended up having to air dry them.. unfortunate

Love Siesta Key!

Disappointed in the property. We arrived on an early flight and called to see if we could check in as early as possible. Cleaner was not contacted to inform her of the request and we ended up not getting in until 3:30. We could not use the beach or pool while waiting due to no access to the fob located in the unit. We were not informed that there was construction going on which was disruptive noise wise and suffered a nail in our rental car tire on the first day! The laundry app did not work so we were unable to do our laundry. The unit master bedroom bathroom shower leaked on the floor when used. The kitchen sink faucet was not working properly making a large shrieking noise when on. Other than a few issues within the unit, it was very clean and well equipped and location of the beach was perfect. Not sure if I would stay again do to the condition of the property and pool was not inviting. We visit at least once a year but not thrilled this time.

Grandma and granddaughter beach week

The property was right where we wanted, short walk to beach. Not far from nice resturants, shops. O ly problem i had was the instructions on leaving and locking door on way out. But was addressed right away. Had no pro lems with the condo had all we needed and a few extras for beach. We enj I yed the trip.

Great Family Vacation

This was a great location only a few steps from the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and floats were all in the room. Outdoor shower and washer dryer were only steps away from the room. Be sure to bring extra toilet paper and dish soap. Overall was a great experience and cannot wait to go back.

Number one thing is the area is very nice. Loved having the beach close by. Your beach area is very small. Now the dislike part....we were never told that they were having the roof done while we were staying. I even called and made a complaint and the manager never called back. When you have someone paying over 2300.00 for a week and only give 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and 3 dishwasher pods...that is ridiculous. You know those many people are staying when I filled out the info. Also the shower in the master bathroom leaks make sure you put towels down for that mess. I have never used this company before. Not sure if all the rentals are the same but will look at all reviews better next time.

Condo was pretty much as pictured, weird smell when we first arrived. The beach is in one direction and the pool is in the opposite direction (near the road) - not the best set up for children. Check out was at 10 am, I knew no one had booked for the following week so I asked if we could have a late check out. They offered 12 pm, our flight was not until 10 pm so I agreed to pay for another day - was overcharged. I emailed, no response. I called and was advised I would receive a call back - no call back. I sent another email, no response. Just spoke to John on the phone who was so rude and condensing.

Convenient, clean place

This place was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was a 3 min walk to the beach and in a very convenient location, close to the downtown area. We came with 3 kids and it was perfect. The toilet does take a little while to flush out waste but it never clogged or gave us any issues. The owner was responsive when I reached out looking for the broom. Overall, great stay and I’d come back. Thanks.

Not what I expected!

Unit details were not clear in contract. Had to wait until check-in for more detailed information. Major problems with door lock. Only 3 table chairs when 4 people in unit. Need directions in unit or map of area showing where pool and beach locations. Helpful to create a book about Siesta Key with information dealing with places to eat directions to Siesta Village, etc. Only 1 dish towel and not told to bring any! No check-out button in guest portal. Master bathroom shower door needs repair. No ceiling lights in bedrooms. Toilet needed to be flushed more than once to take away waste.

Great Location

Location was perfect! Few things were not enjoyable. There was a birds nest outside of our place and we could not enjoy the outside space at all. In fact, even when I did laundry or walked to our car we were hit in the head with several birds. I tried contacting someone about it with no response. I would have liked to sit outside and read. Otherwise everything was great and my family had a good trip!

Location location!

Our stay at Beach Daze was just perfect for my family. Bottom floor and easy flat short walk to the beach. Laundry on site was better than expected. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was fine. The kitchen had most everything we needed, the only thing I’d change would be an updated coffee pot and lids that fit each pot, other than that it was a perfect and perfectly located,
