Ylellinen Beachfront Condo Siesta Key

Crescent Arm täysin uusittu huoneisto kuudennessa kerroksessa Etelä-rakennuksessa Persianlahden näkymä puolella Lanai.

25 askeleen päässä rauhallisesta, sokerihiekkaranta, jossa on tuolit, jotka on tarkoitettu rentoutumiseen.

Ilmainen suojattu WiFi. Tietokonepöytä vierashuoneessa.

Rantapyyhkeet, hiekan lelut, rantatuolit, jäähdytin ja aurinkovarjo käytettävissä. DVD-elokuvia, pelejä ja lainoja. Kaikki mitä tarvitset rentoutumiseen ja nauttimiseen. Pakkaa kosteusemulsio, vaatteet ja aurinkolasit ja istu alas ja nauti!

I went with my two best girlfriends for a stay over New Year's (we are in our 60s and 70s).. The condo is set up very nicely and I love the split floorplan which gives a lot of privacy between the bedrooms. I love that the porch was screened (bugs weren't a big problem this time of year but I know they can be). The beach area is a wide white sand playground with free lounges set up daily. It also faces sunset and we had some great ones. The owner uses a "pay it forward" strategy where guests can leave unopened supplies. This is GREAT as it usually covers spices, trash bags, and maybe some shampoo or soap. Although we only went out to dinner twice (within walking distance)...both superior and reasonable....there were many good opportunities for dining. The condo is near the bridge which means you don't get stuck for a long time in traffic. The entire area is full of activities so if you do want to do something besides read and relax, you have a wide range of options. If I make it back to the area I wouldn't hesitate to book this unit again.

We had a great time at this property. The condo itself is very nice with a great beach motif. Pillows were a little hard but the owner said she was replacing them. The best part was that so many of the small things were provided that you just cannot bring when you travel, especially flying. The beach is amazing and has the most beautiful sunsets every night. All in all a great stay from a great owner that provides excellent communication. Thanks for having us!

Average Vacation

The beach was beautiful. The water was beautiful. Mosquitos where every where, even inside the house. Non stop Maintance all week throughout the whole week was a downer. Overall it was a great vacation. Karen was easy to talk to and easy to communicate with. I didn’t like that the pool was not ocean front but in the front of the condos. She kept well stocked pantry.

Me my Daughter and my deceased wifes daughter, needed an escape.... The sea the sand the Sun... we had very good weather... The aches and pains of working for a living subsided..We went on a nice sunset cruise..loved the beach...went to the Aquarium...We had a wonderful time....We had some nice rest..we had fun and.. and many smiles.. A week of Paradise

We were quite impressed with this condo. The screened in porch with the ocean view was a bonus.It is nice to have beach towells available for use.Location is close to shopping and just walking to where we like also.

Great location

Great location right on the beach with restaurants, bars, and shopping all within walking distance. The free trolley also stops right in front of the complex to go to the village.The complex sets up lounge chairs on the beach every morning and we never had trouble getting 4 together. They also rent umbrellas for 20/day or 90/week. The beach is great, with soft sand and gentle waves. You also get a great sunset view. We did have some seaweed come in for a few days which was a minor annoyance. Not sure if that’s common or not.The unit is as advertised. The condo complex is on the older side, but seems to be well maintained. We didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that. The owner provides complete and detailed information for everything you need to know.

Awful host Great condo location

I love Crescent Arms and booked this condo for the purpose of staying there. I normally use another site to book but took a chance with Vrbo to stay at Crescent Arms. I travel often and have never experienced anything like this host and wouldn’t recommend staying at any of her properties to anyone. I am pretty easy going and looked past the bugs flying around the bathroom, multiple food items and a sock found under furniture because I was in one of my favorite places. Host stopped by “to drop off batteries” and sent a text complaining about the mess (our suitcase of clean laundry in the living room etc) not open food items or anything disgusting or things we wouldn’t be taking with us. I cleaned the place way better than I found it. The amount of dirt and dust swept from under furniture and the dirty glass I cleaned shows how awful the cleaners clean. I have never taken video of a place before leaving but did after dealing with her and knew she’d cause a problem. We did have a miscommunication and a couple dishes were left in the dishwasher but that did not warrant the extra cleaning fee, especially with the condition the condo was found in.

Two weeks in heaven

My husband and I stayed at the condo for two weeks. The location was perfect. The beautiful beach was steps away. Beach chairs were set up every morning for your use. The condo and the entire building was very clean. Restaurants, grocery stores and shopping were all within walking distance. The property manager was very nice and responsive. There was a free shuttle that ran the entire length of the island. Can’t wait to go back.

Two weeks in paradise

The condo was wonderful. Karen was very responsive to any questions we had. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We have stayed many places and I have never seen a rental that provided so much. The kitchen was so well stocked. Every source you could want and every gadget too! Beach towels, umbrellas, and other beach equipment was there We will definitely be back

A great place on a great beach

This condo is very well kept and has all the comforts of home. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and family room are very nice. The perimeter gate, building, and door are all secured entrances, bringing an added level of peace of mind.Although the weather didn’t cooperate very well for most of the time we stayed, we were still able to walk the huge stretch of beach a couple times and enjoy the white sand, seashells, and sounds of the Gulf.A good location for nearby bars and restaurants with the “Frog Hop” shuttle available to take to avoid driving.

Perfect location!

Wonderful condo just steps from the white sands and blue waters! Condo was well stocked, right down to some aloe for after a day in the sun! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and Karen's communication leading up to check-in and check-out was great! Not only was the beach pretty much outside our door, we were minutes from restaurants, shops and even the Publix back on the "mainland".

Nice condo with a balcony on.the side of the building that gives u a fairly nice few of the ocean. Condo was as stated with lots of extra amenities. Short walking distance to some restaurants and shops and a quick free trolley ride to more. The beach is beautiful and very clean.

Amazing Property

Everything about our stay was amazing and the property was described to a T! Traveling with four kids (one infant) we had plenty of space/amenities and the property is right on the beach. We never had to use our car the entire week as the trolley stops right outside the condo, which was so convenient. So many places including a grocery store also within walking distance. The heated pool was the warmest pool we’ve ever swam in in December. Karen was so helpful if we needed any tips. To top it off the beach is beautiful!
