Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee on the lanai while watching the dolphins swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Later, relax on the pristine white beach and swim in the blue water. After dinner, enjoy a drink on the lanai to watch the most spectacular sunsets.

This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is completely renovated with you in mind. Fully renovated, equipped kitchen with a subzero fridge, dishwasher, ninja blender, dry bar and grilling utensils. Secure high speed wi-fi, office desk, reserved, covered parking, small washer/dryer in unit. 2 grills on site. Your own private beach.

All beach necessities are provided including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys for all ages and cooler. I also provide novels, games and movies. Heated pool. Beach chair service is free and umbrella rental service among other things are available right on the beach.

In addition to above beach items, our private beach offers you free beach loungers that will be set up for you daily and you can rent additional umbrellas, small and large cabanas and beach hood on a weekly or daily basis from Sammy's Beach Bums. They rent from our beach and set up your rented equipment. as well as the free loungers.

A car is not necessary as there are many free/tips only rides including from SRQ. Saturday to Saturday rental. No pets/smoking.

Everything met our expectations. The unit was as advertised. The location, the unit, the beach and amenities were all perfect. The unit was well stocked with all the items we needed for cooking. We walked to shops and dinner. Our host was always available to answer questions. I would stay again next year if we chose to stay in that area.

Beautiful sunset views

Lovely condo, just like the pictures. Nice beach decorationg. Master bedroom is large with a well arranged walk-in closet. Large en suite bathroom. Nice beach toys and boards for the kids. Fantastic to walk right out to the beach. Siesta Key is always beautiful - sand, beach, water, sunsets. Owner is a great communicator and host. Quick responses to any inquiries or problems. The only drawback is there is not a restroom at the beach level, so one has to go up to the room or walk out to the pool restroom. Great family location! Would recommend this property if you're looking for a beach front vacation.

Spring Break 2025 Success

As you can read in previous comments, Karen is an excellent communicator. She was a great host. Location is amazing. The beach chair service was fantastic, such a great perk. Groceries are close. The shuttle and trolley operate for free and are frequent. The Daiquiri Deck had happy hour daily 3P-6P. Running was safe on the road and great on the beach. Unit is equipped for families with kids, teens and adults.

Perfect winter get-away from the cold up north

Fantastic location with exceptional views of the gulf, sunsets and access to the private white quartz sandy beach. The condo (604S) was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. Our host Karen was kind and communicated very well. It was a perfect winter get-away from the cold up north.

Winter Break Family Trip

Stayed for the week and couldn’t ask for a better location and condo. The heated pool was amazing during warm afternoons and unbelievable sunsets. Communication with Karen was clear and responsive. Instructions were easy to follow for arrival and departure. Would definitely stay again.

Dream spot

This was by far the best trip we have taken to Siesta Key. This home away from home allowed us to have one of the best experiences we have ever had. The condo was clean and well kept. It had everything we need and more. There is something truly special about the view and the experience of waking up in the morning and having a cup of coffee while staring at the ocean. Additionally, the convenience of being able to go up and down from the room freely was extremely beneficial as we have some older ones that prefer short spurts. This is the first year we got to experience the view of dolphins and sea turtles. I have only ever seen Dolphins at the Zoo, never in the wild. It was amazing. The sunsets were incredible as well. This is not something we typically get to see on the beach because we would leave to go back to the house well before sunset. We can not wait to fo back!

Truly a Slice of Paradise

When we walked in the door (we stayed in 604S) first thing I saw was the beach and ocean, which was stunning!!! The pictures do not do it justice… the decor was cute and beachy! Loved the knobs in the kitchen! It’s spacious inside and out… plenty of room in both bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the living area..Comfy beds.. (bring your own pillow) The cabinets and fridge had all kinds of items you could need…I love the “ pay it forward” mentality… whatever we didn’t use, we left… toilet paper or paper towels, waters.. etc The building is older but maintained well. And the staff is amazing! Shout out to Ray and crew on the beach! If you want a front row on the beach, get up and get outside about 6am… there will be a line and it forms early. They let 5 go at a time. So you get your coffee and talk to your neighbors, and then run for your chairs! It was fun! The condos are in a great location and easy access to Siesta Village, restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

Fabulous vacation!

This condo is a gem! Great location!!!!! A very well stocked condo. We really appreciated the washer and dryer, very convenient! Beautiful weather and beautiful sunsets! We loved listening to the waves while drinking our morning coffee. I appreciate that the owner has allowed non perishable food items such as spices or foods not opened to be left behind. We were able to leave some things behind and not throw them away. It’s a good idea to check out the condo before going to the grocery store.

We stayed for an amazing week. Great weather. Hard packed cool sand to get to the water. Nice outdoor shower to rinse off. Beach umbrella guy was awesome. The unit is well appointed and I love the decor. I enjoyed the screened in balcony too. The guest shower with safety handles was especially appreciated. Thanks for a great visit

Husband Ready to Rebook After 1st Day

Overall good experience and are looking forward to our next stay in Siesta. Condo was clean and owner is quick to respond to any questions via VRBO or text. Gripes, which are not entirely related to the owner but things we wish we knew beforehand that related to stay at the condo: *The messages you receive prior to arrival are excessive and more than not repetitive and make looking for information such as gate codes and checkout instructions much harder to find if you're going back at a later day/time. *The enclosed building itself does not have AC and is incredibly miserable even in May! *Visitors begin lining up prior to 7am every morning to get chairs/loungers on the beach at 730. Once 730 hits, people are running like no tomorrow to claim chairs and don't show up until hours later!
