Newly renovated beachside condo - direct beach access

Escape to Siesta Key and enjoy our cozy ground floor condo, just steps away from a private beach. This fully equipped one-bedroom, one-bath unit comfortably sleeps four with a queen pull-out sofa. Amenities include smart TVsl, on-site laundry, and free assigned parking and Wi-Fi. Perfectly located between Siesta Key Village and the shops at south bridge, with easy access to restaurants, bars, stores, and the free trolley. Book now for a dream vacation on the world-famous Siesta Key Beach!

- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including new dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, cookware, glasses, silverware, etc.
- The bedroom has a king sized bed , dresser and flat screen tv.
- The living room includes a pull-out queen sofa bed, comfortable chairs and flat screen cable tv.
- Sizeable vanity top for bathroom essentials
- we provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, a cooler, frozen ice packs, beach toys for kids and a beach cart to easily carry things to the beach.
- Convenient free parking right outside the front door. Please note trailers or RVs are not allowed.
- The condo is on the gulf side a minute's walking to the world famous white sand beach, Chairs/loungers are available at the private beach.
- Convenient ground floor condo, no need to climb stairs.
- Laundry facilities are on-site.
- Access to temperature controlled pool.
- Quiet and safe dead-end street makes it ideal for safety. No through traffic.
-The free trolley takes you from one end of the island to the other.

If you are interested in paddle boarding, parasailing, jet-skiing, scootering, you can find nearby rental facilities.

Siesta Key provides activities during the day as well as a great nightlife with live music, outdoor beach bars and terrific weather year round. Siesta key also provides fabulous restaurant options that you don’t want to miss.

I've never stayed anywhere where my comfort was restricted. A message on the thermostat telling me I can't go below 73 degrees. I didn't have enough hot water for one decent shower, next one in line is Sol. The hot water tank is small and I suspect they have it turned way down, no way to adjust it. No curtains, just blinds and the Sun shines right through them in the morning so no sleeping in. I had to hang close on the blinds to block the sun, but that didn't help with the bedroom doors. There's a light outside the room that shines through the blinds and through the glass window on the bedroom doors. Seriously who puts glass on bedroom doors? Light shining in the room all night, hard to get decent sleep. Never again, there are many other places to stay in the area. Rip off.

The host gave very detailed information which was extremely helpful. The unit was Very clean and so inviting as soon as you walk in. The parking was right in front of the unit which was so convenient. The area is very quiet. The walk to the beach was so close and convenient. We came here for a little 3 day getaway and had the best time. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful beach side condo! Plenty of room for our party of two. Just a short walk through a gated pass way right on to Siesta Key Beach!! It is truly a gem in a great location.

Siesta Beach House

We really enjoyed the updated, clean condo. Very close to the beach, easy walk through the control access gate. Big pluses include first floor condo, good AC, available cooler for drinks, beach chairs, and wagon to carry extra items. Highly recommend.

Very nice stay

Close proximity to beach. Cute unit. Could use a few more kitchen items but overall, wonderful visit. Host was very helpful and responsive. Lots of construction during our stay. No issue but we were not informed prior to arriving to see if it was an issue. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Beautiful Condo

This is an awesome condo! So clean and fully stocked with everything you could ask for. Having the beach equipment was a huge plus - beach chairs, umbrella, cart and cooler. The short walk to the beach was great - the soft white sand and warm water spoiled us. We will be back!

Can’t wait to return

My husband and I booked five nights and couldn’t have enjoyed it more! This place had everything you could imagine including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and wagon. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Even has a Keurig and coffee maker. We’ve stayed at quite of few places but this place does strive for 5⭐️ and succeeded. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful beach condo

We stay here for 6 days. it is a beautiful place. I would highly recommend. very quite and relaxing. steps to the beach, which is so wonderful. The pool is in the opposite direction, just steps away. The pool is the prefect temperature and very clean.
