”Excellent experience, super friendly staff that go above and beyond to ensure you have a fabulous holiday, nothing is to much trouble, even though the mostly young staff who work 14 hour shifts always remain polite, friendly and smiley. ”Very nice neat clean rooms. The check-in was very smooth. The animation team was very active and had amazing shows everyday. The food had amazing variety and good quality. All restaurants were open everyday to everyone. There were snacks available all day and beverages were good and well made. The staff was very hospitable. ”We chose this hotel as it claimed to have a 5star PADI dive school on site. It was closed! Booked with another school who collected us, but we had missed two days diving. During our visit there were 4 British, 6 Italians, 6 Germans. Everyone else were Russian. Fortunately I speak tourist Russian, but everyone else felt uncomfortable being in the minority. ”It was awful. .. can never be worse. They didn't let me check in because they have a problem with expedia payment even of I was holding my confirmation. I had to cancel my holiday because of that . Suff was very rude and irresponsible . ”

”The hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They listened and acted as per requests. The only downside was the food and people staying in the hotel. A lot of Russians, very noisy and loud but hotel staff acted on complaints put through by us. Service and people were nice, it was safe and they made an effort to help us with a surprise free of charge. Taxi’s nice and cheap and everything was nearby. Maximum travel was 20 minutes to Quad bikes. WiFi was good...
