”The hotel is nice Owen on the reception was super nice and professional. The pool was okay no activities at night at all. And the most down side is the price it’s overpriced for the night stay and for everything inside the hotel. ”

”didn't even get to check in, we contacted the hotel for the QR codes because El Gouna requires you to have QR codes to even enter the city, they told me my expedia email was "fake" and the number was "fake" and was so rude on the phone. she basically told me "I can cancel but I can't get a refund" even though THEY failed to send me the qr codes. they made one for a reservation of four. we had to sit outside for 4 hours before booking another hotel. communication is poor, management is poor,...

”Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property- the hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. Both check-in and check-out were extremely smooth and easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with several convenient amenities. Finally, there were several little touches that went above and beyond including a lovely welcome fruit basket and information about the surrounding area. ”

”The property was actually two twin villas, united by a lovely courtyard and swimming pool. The villas were spacious, very well furnished, immaculately clean and well stocked. ”The house is gorgeous and the host and manager are great. We had no issues during our stay. However, there is no access to the 2nd bed or bath from inside the house. You have to go outside and up the white spiral staircase to access it. The stairs inside the house are walled off at the top. The big table in photos is not there, it was mentioned in a different review as well. Not a big deal for the 2 of us but could be for others.
